Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASO Auto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ASO Auto is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides App Store Connect automation tools, including AI-powered review reply management, ASO metadata management, release notes automation, localization support, and sales reporting. The service is intended for iOS/macOS app developers and publishers with an active Apple Developer account.

3. Subscription Plans

ASO Auto is offered as a monthly subscription with the following plans:

  • Starter ($19/mo): Up to 5 apps, AI review replies, ASO metadata management, 8 language support
  • Pro ($49/mo): Unlimited apps, all features, 35+ languages, release notes automation, sales reports
  • Agency ($99/mo): Everything in Pro plus team members, API access, and white-label options

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Obligations

  • You must have a valid Apple Developer account and App Store Connect access
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of App Store content submitted through our platform
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform
  • You are responsible for keeping your API credentials secure

5. AI-Generated Content

ASO Auto uses Anthropic Claude AI to generate content such as review replies, metadata, and translations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is submitted to Apple. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet Apple's guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The ASO Auto platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you create and submit through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any actions taken on your App Store Connect account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
